The Couch

When eating and drinking on the couch, be aware of dripping, spilling, etc.   Julie designed the u-shape sectional specifically for this space and the comfort of our guests.  If food or liquid does find its way unto the sofa, clean it up immediately.  A special cleaner is under the kitchen sink with instructions on using it.  Let us know asap if additional cleaning or spot removal is needed.

Cooking

To avoid scratching the surface of the pots and pans, use the silicone cooking utensils in the drawer to the right of the electric range. Do not cut, slice, chop, etc., directly on the island butcher block. Use cutting boards.

Community

We love our neighborhood, and our neighbors are our friends, so be neighborly.
